<p>which one should i choose</p>

<p>UW-Madison or UC Irvine</p>

<p>i have been accepted to both as a transfer for computer engineering program .....</p>

<p>i am oos for both but might become california resident for the second year, since my parents are cal residents.....</p>

<p>please help me choosing between the two....</p>
