Help me choosing one

Hi !!!
I am international student.I am going to be a junior next academic year.My GPA is the best at my school (it's a private one).My TOEFL ibt now is about 90-91.My SAT is about 1700.But i haven't taken those tests officially,i have just done the sample tests.I haven't got a major yet but i like Finance,Banking,Business,Economics or something like that. Which school should i choose? Can you help me making a list?

My GPA is about 4.0 if we use the scale of US schools

is that weighted or unweighted?

what do you mean by weighted or unweighted?

With your current stats, I'd recommend Indiana. You could get in, and the business school (Kelley) is top-notch. Villanova, and Miami (OH) would also be good choices.

If you can get your SAT up, add Boston College, USC, Emory, Michigan, etc. to the list.

Which SAT score should i have to get into top colleges? like Boston or USC or Emory as you said?

I forgot to say that i do a lot of sports too.I was in the badminton team of the city.I am in the soccer team for years.I was in the tennis team of my district.

For schools like Boston College and USC, you'll want to at least break 2000. 2100 would be better.

USC here is Uni of South California right?

Which Indiana college did you mention about?

IU Bloomington.

And yes, USC is Southern California.

Can you make me a list of Safety colleges, Match colleges, and Reach colleges?

Go to Princeton Review and use the Counselor feature. It will give you safety, match and reach schools.

Indiana, James Madison, and Miami (OH) are all probably safeties.

Villanova would be a match, along with Penn State. Lehigh and with Richmond would probably be a high matches, depending on the rest of your application.

Boston College, USC, Emory, and any other top schools would be reaches.

You could also try Babson and Bentley, which are strictly business schools.

I did it but i prefer here because we can discuss freely and not mechanically like Princeton Review.

You really need to work on your SAT though. The suggestions I gave you are based on the assumption that you'll get at least an 1820.

thanks world changer. Can i contact with you?

I haven't worked on SAT for long, just 4 months. How long should i prepare for it?

Which Indiana and Penn State did you mention about?
