<p>It’s impossible to predict from a topic whether an essay will turn out to be good or bad. You can write a great thought provoking essay about any topic, you can also write a horrible essay about any topic. It all comes down to content, tone and execution. And there isn’t an easy way out – you have to sit down and write a first draft on each essay topic to see where it takes you. Only then, after you have completed 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 first drafts on different essay topics can you objectively compare them and decide which one you like better. </p>
