Alright, so I'm going to try and give it my all to meet the reqs to transfer into Cornell's CALS school.

If YOU would have to choose between these schools, which would you choose? I'm trying to look for the school that has GOOD teachers, and at the same time is sort of easy to gain a good GPA from, so that I can increase my chances at maintaining the required GPA/courses they listed:

SUNY Canton, SUNY Cobleskill, SUNY Delhi, Farmingdale State College are the ones I'm particularly looking at. Which would be the easiest to gain a good GPA (3.5?) from, give or take a few. Don't want it to be too easy at the same time, but also want good professorts, etc.

I do know that other things do go into account, and do I have acceptences to other good colleges, but please help me decide/answer that one question!

I'll agree dude, CCfan's coment was just because he got rejected and is a bitter prick. Ny'ers unite! Honestly id prolly go with Canton just cuz well i like the way name sounds and if liking the name isnt a good reason to go to college then i dont know what is. No really in all seriousness go to the one you like the most location and student wise. Congrats on your gt to cornell.

I have heard some good things about Cobleskill, Canton, and Delhi I heard Farmingdale is a big commuter school that has no life on weekends. I have been to Delhi and it is a pretty nice typical Catskill town. Cobleskill has an overall good reputation (I think they have a better agriculture reputation than other SUNYs) and is about an hour from Albany. Canton is in the North Country by Canada right outside of the Adirondack mountains. I am transferring to SUNY Potsdam in the fall which is about 10 miles from Canton and I know 2 people at Canton (one is transferring next semester). A word of advice though, I have heard that the technical SUNYs are easy to get into but very hard to stay in so you might have to work harder getting the grades to transfer to Cornell than a different school.
