Help me expand my college list! Please!

Hey guys I'm a rising senior and need help making a college list.

My stats:

Before you guys read, I'm planning to graduate early due to family situations. I'm going to be skipping junior year.

SAT: 2260 (M 800 CR 680 W 780)
SAt IIs: Chem 790, Math 2C 800, plan on taking BIO this October

AP: our school lets us take AP from Junior year so I couldn't take any AP yet. But I'm taking AP Chem, AP Japanese, AP Calc BC, and AP BIO nest year.

GPA: weighted 4.4 unweighted 4.1
I moved here when I started Freshman year, so I couldn't take rigorous class then. This year, I took some more rigorous courses and I have a strong upward trend.

rank: don't know yet, but I'm guessing top 10%, school very competitive

ECs: HandinHand club, Math Team, Science League, Jazz Band, art club, piano(13 years), violin(10 years), volunteer 200 hours
I'm also in Columbia Science Honors Program, and I'm doing a research this summer in a lab

Awards: I don't have any big awards, but I have few from Math Team and piano competition.

I'm an Asian female and plan to apply for financial aid. I want to be a science major with something along Bio or Chem (haven't decided yet)

Here's my college list so far:
Cornell
Columbia
UC Berkeley
UCLA
UPenn
JHU
Rutgers Pharm
Emory

As you can see, I don't have any safeties so please help me!

One more quick question: should I even bother applying to top schools like HYPS and CalTech? I want to go there but there are so many more qualified applicants than me that still gets rejected. Thank you so much!

is your list based on visiting those schools and feeling a connection to them?
I would add muhlenberg college , it is different then the schools on your list but an amazing place all around!
I would also suggest you read a book called
“Colleges That Change Lives”, it may help you expand your horizons. you can google the name and see the list and read about those schools.
but actually reading the book, can definitely be worth it!

A few you might look at are URochester, Carnegie Mellon, Bucknell, Tulane, UMichigan

Thanks guys! any more that you guys wanna suggest? I’m definitely adding Carnegie Mellon and URochester to my list.

vanderbilt,rice,wake forest
