I live in Arizona and the only college that interests me there is the University of Arizona (Which I know I can get into easily and probably with at least half tuition payed). I am wanting to be an engineer (electrical, computer, mechanical, or chemical). What are some colleges that are good in these areas but fit my academic profile and won't put me into a pile of debt (or at least have a good paying job out of that college if it does). Thanks!

Bump bump bump

Deep Springs?

Retake the ACT and take the SAT. Higher scores will give you more choices and more merit scholarship opps.

If you’re happy with University of Arizona and know you’ll be able to afford it, why do you need to look for more schools?

You should consider New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology

I am looking for other places because I think there are better places I can get into with my scores. U of A engineering is okay, but I don’t want to keep myself confined to one place. Also, I feel like going out of state would be a better experience. I am researching the University of Texas, do you think I would be able to get in? They have a pretty reputable engineering program.
