Help me find reach schools!

Bump. Anyone know if they will look more at my weighted RANK?

Colleges do not use weighted GPA’s at all. Indeed, it’s an absurd notion to begin with. They look at individual grades. Further, class rank is often not considered very important in the admissions process. It can be distorted by not using true GPA’s. The value to class rank is to see how inflated a grading system is being used at your school. The true “unweighted” class rank gives an idea of general level of grades at your school vs. that of the school of another applicant. Get it?

Yeah I think it will be evident with my schedule, grades, rank, and special reed program it will be evident I am ready for college level work. Do you disagree with this?

Well, Swarthmore for example considers class rank Very Important according to the 2012-2013 Common Data Set:
http://www.swarthmore.edu/Documents/administration/ir/cds2012.pdf

Rank is meaningless without the context of academic rigor. So it’s a combination of unweighted GPA (individual grades) combined with weighted rank that can tell the story.
