help me find some IR safety schools please!!!!!

<p>hey guys, i've got a pretty set college list but i'm looking for some safety schools with great IR programs. i'm pretty easy to please so any random school with a good program that you can think of, please insert it regardless of size or location! here are some quick stats for you guys to work with:</p>

<ul>
<li>Rising junior</li>
<li>Half-hispanic</li>
<li>3.5 UW/4.5 W GPA (I barely passed one class tho, so that's something to keep in mind)</li>
<li>2250 SAT</li>
<li>Two SAT II's above 700, Two SAT II's above 750</li>
<li>international student</li>
<li>Top 7% in very competitive/well-known high-school (around 900 kids per class)</li>
<li>Will start IB diploma program this fall</li>
<li>very unique background</li>
<li>Great EC's, leadership positions </li>
<li>I get along very well with teachers so I'm expecting great rec's</li>
<li>May get athletically recruited by DIII schools or some lower-tier DI's (haven't decided whether i wanna play in college yet)</li>
</ul>

<p>Georgetown, American, GWU...anything in DC is great.</p>

<p>In addition to those, Bucknell and Dickinson are top-notch in IR. I've also heard good things about the programs at USC and UMiami (FL).</p>

<p>Safety schools... UW-Madison. And then AMerican and GWU you might have a 50% or better chance. All other schools mentioned here so far -- especially Gtown, Tufts, JHU< Middlebury, UChi, are all reaches.</p>
