Help me find some options?

So, I think after much ado, I've finally figured out what I want in a college.

MOST IMPORTANTLY- My family really can't go over $30,000 a year in tuition, so I'm going to either need some major scholarships or nice low-cost option. And the lower the tuition, the better.
Stats- 3.5 UW (will be around 3.6 when apps come around), 4.3 or higher W, based on practice tests and PSAT, SAT should be 2300+ (really good at those kinds of tests). Very high caliber classes - 3 AP's so far, 4 AP's this year, and will take 9+ next year. Good EC's.

What I'm looking for:
1. Hoping to major in political science, so I'd like a very good political science department. But I also really love physics, so I'd like a fairly decent physics department in case I decide to double major or minor.
2. It would be really nice if this college accepted a good amount of AP credit. I'm not looking to graduate early, but I really don't want to retake a bunch of these classes that I've already suffered through.
3. I'd like a really good music department with lots of options for non-majors. When I say good, I don't mean like Bienen at Northwestern, I just mean a large program with great ensembles and some fun classes. A marching band would be ideal as well.
4. I'd really like a good student or department run theater group that puts on plays (not musicals) which would actually be accessible to non-majors.
5. An active and well-run Hillel is ideal.
6. The northeast is the perfect location, but anything in the east coast/mid-west/south east would be fine.
7. I'm not into the party-scene, so I wouldn't like a huge presence of that stuff.
8. Good study abroad options are nice.

So obviously it's not going to be easy to get everything on my wishlist, but maybe someone can help me find some colleges that give me most of what I want?

probably muhlenberg college is a perfect fit for you!

What is your home state since cost is important? The SUNYs are generally bargains.

Home state is Georgia. I’ve looked into Georgia Tech and UGA a lot, so they’re on the list, but hoping to find some more options since neither is really wowing me. Don’t get me wrong, they’re both great back-up options and I’d be willing to go to either, but I’m hoping there’s a college that is a better git.

Top Political Science + Top Physics + Top Music + Great Scholarships = The Ohio State University - Columbus

As an undergraduate, political science major Brittany Warner interned for Speaker of the House Bill Batchelder (also a Buckeye alum). When she graduates this spring, she’ll join the ranks of other Ohio State alums working in state government.

Hm, I’d never really considered Ohio State before, but it does look like it’d be a reasonable fit. I’ll check into it more, thanks.

I’m getting ready to leave for work now, so can’t fully support my suggestion right now, but check into the University of Rochester. Many kids double or triple major there so poly sci and physics is easily done, music is available for all levels, not super big on parties, theater, northeast, etc, etc. It’s worth a look.

American U fits and you may be in line for merit with your stats.

I agree with American U. Also try George Washington University, Syracuse, Northeastern University. If cost is a concern, you could try state schools. Georgia has some state schools that are pretty cheap and you may be able to get reciprocity in near by states.
