Help me find some schools?

I'm a senior, Asian female in southern California. I need some help looking for schools D:

SAT: 2150 (720CR, 750M, 680W) Retaking in October, although to be honest, I doubt there will be a significant improvement...
GPA: 4.00 UW
Extracurriculars: admittedly, kind of weak. I switched high schools between freshman and sophomore year and so there's nothing that I have done over all four years. Unfortunately, my interests are kind of spread out and may seem kind of random.

I'm looking into medium-sized schools, like 5000-9000 undergraduates sounds good, although this isn't a requirement for me. I'd like to stay away from schools that are too small, though. Location is probably the most important - I get the impression that schools close to big cities will have more opportunities. At the very least, a great college town, so I'm not forced to stay on campus all the time. 8D

I'm not exactly sure what I want to study yet, so schools that offer flexibility in switching majors/colleges would be best. Right now I'm leaning towards neuroscience/cog sci, and I might double major in something business-related, like marketing.

So far I'm looking into WashU and Rice and really like them, so I'd like some suggestions on some similar schools. Also, the UCs will be my "safety" schools, so I don't mind reaching high when it comes to privates. :) ...But, I also need suggestions on schools that I have realistic chance of getting into. Help?

Oh, I forgot to mention, I’m NOT planning to go pre-med. If I stay with neuroscience I would most like to on to do research. But like I said, I’m not completely sure yet. Also, I’d prefer a school that focuses on its undergraduates. Quality of life is important, because I want to have a happy time and make new friends, etc. I’m not a big party person but I’d like to have a complete college experience. And I don’t think I could survive somewhere where the academics were completely cutthroat.

Ummmm ivy league?!?!

Chance me please I’m desperate

Tufts, Holy CROSS

University of Chicago
Seattle Pacific
Ivies
Vanderbilt
Marymount manhattan
The new school

Emory, Carnegie Mellon, University of Rochester and Case Western. Best of luck!

Can your parents afford full tuition at a private school? If so, Boston College is another great choice.

Make sure you apply to several UCs as the top ones, as I understand it, are not a lock for anyone.

Maybe Scripps or Pomona–they’re part of the Claremont Consortium and there are lots of opportunities there.

I’m going to need financial aid. I’ll look into the schools suggested. Thanks :)
