Alright, so, I'm looking for something fun yet still academic in nature to do this summer. It doesn't have to be some super prestigious program, I just want to be learning and having fun. I'm located in Georgia, but I'm not really restricted location-wise. It'd be nice if it could be relatively low in cost, but I've got some wiggle room there. Last year I did something with languages, and I'd totally be willing to do something similar. My interests are mainly languages, physics, writing, and international affairs type stuff, but I'm open to options. I'd like it to involve some sort of physical activity or arts or adventure at least on the side so it isn't just me in a classroom all day. What do you guys think?

Edit: I'm a junior by the way.

If you’re interested in travel at all, you might want to check out Loop Abroad. That way you get some academics but lots of other interesting stuff to do. Be careful with travel programs and how you explain them on your college apps though -Loop has been good about following up with my daughter and explaining that there are good and bad ways to frame your experience.

Wow, that program looks fantastic! I don’t know if my family can swing the tuition, but man, that looks cool!

I just did Loop Abroad this past summer and I highly recommend it as well. It is expensive, but they helped me with fundraising and they even have a scholarship available. I also agree with newyorkminute they are still helping me after the program to apply for vet school (I did their college vet program). They are very education based so its not something to do if you are just looking for a vacation, but if you want to learn they are one of the best (Ive done a lot of research before I committed to Loop).
