I remember reading a story about a young man on CC whose life story was incredibly inspirational. My memory is foggy on the details though. I think he posted as mr?? He was very accomplished due his determination. Anyone have a clue what I am remembering?
Also, the story was several yrs old and someone reposted it bc it was such a compelling story.
Michael Tubbs is now a council member in Stockton, CA, after attending Stanford. He has an up to date FB page. I do not remember his CC name.

Micahel Tubbs was also recently arrested for a DUI about 5 months ago. I hope nothing else happens like this in the future, he has a lot of potential to do good things for the city of Stockton.
Also the person on CC who helped him the most, I think she went by the user name “czlaw” looks like she is no longer in the business of helping students. She hasn’t posted on her Twitter account since August and her website says she’s no longer accepting students. It makes me sad because she was very good at what she did. I learned a lot from her articles and posting.I am hope she is okay since the stop was sudden.
