<p>Does anyone know if the mid year report form from Common App is required along with the mid year transcripts?</p>
<p>I understand that the transcript is required, but is the actual form needed? </p>
<p>My school usually sends just the mid year transcript, but when I asked my counselor to send the form too, she sounded irritated and annoyed. </p>
<p>I know Stanford requires it, but I don't want to give her like 11 of those things and get her really mad at me...</p>
