My freshman year of high school, I knew I would be majoring in biology. My sophomore year, I couldnt imagine myself as anything but a journalist. My junior year, I had figured out my calling was history. Today, I dream about being a business woman. My career interests have never exactly been consistent through high school but one thing that hasnt changed from freshman year to now is my number one choice for college. The George Washington University has been at the top of my list ever since I traveled to Washington D.C. with my family for a wedding in 2007. That summer, we took plenty of tours around the D.C. area. After visiting the White House and the International Spy Museum, we casually took a tour around George Washington University. It was impossible not to since so much of the land in D.C. was owned by the university and there were very few places where we werent passing under a GW flag. At that point in time, I only admired what I saw and felt: the vibrant atmosphere around the university court yard, the beauty of the marble Lisner Auditorium, the authenticity of 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, and the vastness of the Gelman library. Nowhere had I seen a more beautiful campus. As a student whos done a lot of (and I really do mean a lot of) research on colleges and universities, I can say that in my eyes, the George Washington University is a perfect mix of everything. Not only am I energized by the beauty of its campus, but also by its critical location which allows every student the opportunity for an internship, its various study abroad program options, its well-accredited business school, its collection of dorms fit for kings and queens, and its diverse student body.

Haven't ended it yet....but thank you!!
