help me how to increase my toefl score

I got a 293 on my first attempt .... the secret to my success was to enter the examination centre having not studied a word .... the reason behind this was to have confidence in your abilities and to go in pressure free.. i believe stress and lack of self confidence is the reason behind 'insufficient' scores so to speak... so " JUST CHILL"

Any one can give me some advices about writing please!!! It's so difficult to have brainstorm in only 2-5minutes. Sometimes, I really don't figure out any thing to write down. Some other topics, I write too long and don't have time to check for grammar and mispelling mistakes. Writing is really my limitation.

1/ www.Testmagic.com : a very good web for Toefl program and SAT too. It also has a forum for you to ask a teacher about your E problem.
2/ http://www.usguidegroup.net/modules.php?name=Files&go=cat&cid=1 :This is a page from Viet nam but it's easy to find the way to download thread. You can download lots of Toefl tests in every part: listening, reading, structure, TWE tips and sample essays. I strongly recommend this useful source.

For those of you who will be taking CBT, this is a great website for free practice www.free-toefl.com It requires you to register, but like I already mentioned, it’s free. Oh, and this is a note from that website
PLEASE NOTE: AFTER JULY 31st 2005 WE WILL BE MOVING THE FREE-TOEFL WEBSITE AND THE FREE PRACTICE TOEFL® TESTS (CBT & iBT) ALONG WITH THE FREE SOFTWARE TO:

i downloaded the free practice from the TOEFL website so i really recommend it. the format and everything is JUST like it was on the real test.
