I live in california. my efc is zero. first generation attending college. 6 people in my family. parents total income ~$20,000.

if I apply for FAFSA, does that automatically sign me up for cal grants and pell grants and the SEOG grant?

what are the differences between these grants?
cal grants ~ $8,300
pell grants ~ $4,050
SEOG ~ $2,200

are all these grants renewable every year for the same amount assuming that my family's income remains consistent?

if i qualify for the maximum amount of grants, then could i get ~$14,000 a year?

which one is better, cal grant A or B?

what are endowments?

=(

I can tell you that pell grants grow in amount each year, but that's about all the info I have for you.
