Help me in deciding which scores to send!

Hi guys,
So in some strange way was i managed to score the same score on the ACT's twice...a 20 composite. I have a good GPA in my current 2-year college and I am looking to transfer to a 4 year institute.

GPA: 3.54

First ACT (2011)
English 16
Mathematics 18
Reading 26
Science 18
Combined English/Writing 20
Writing (score range 2 to 12) 11

Second ACT (2013)
English 20
Mathematics 17
Reading 21
Science 23
Combined English/Writing Not yet available

Please help me decide! Thank you! I am trying to get into schools like Uconn and Umass and U New Haven. I am a resident of CT.

The stats from the second ACT attempt portray you as more well rounded, so assuming you do equally well on the essay this time around, I’d send those. If you get a 9 or below this time around, I’d consider sending the first attempt scores, as your composite is a 20 for both.
