Since when does halfway through equal almost done?

^ well I have nine weeks left… And everything just seems like it’s ending too fast >.< and it jussst CAN’T cause I need an A!

I keep trying to get you to CHILL because your posts sound all HYPER and STRESSED and BOUNCING-OFF-THE-WALL like! O.o

Example: “waaaaaahhh” and “>.<” and so on.

Nine weeks is plenty of time. IF YOU JUST CHILL AND DO YOUR WORK! Why stress yourself out? What good does stress do? Try to think it through LOGICALLY and CALMLY.

Logically, 9 weeks = 5 school days * 9 weeks = 45 school days.

45 school days = FORTY FIVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOU TO RAISE YOUR GRADE!!! :D

Look, in 4 weeks (a month), I raised my grade from a ‘C-’ in French to a ‘B+’. Yes that isn’t an A. But French is seriously far too hard for me. Languages and I just don’t get along. And even though a C is equivalent to an F (for me at least) I didn’t stress out (although I did ‘forget’ to show my progress report to my parents ;)). I just worked my butt off trying to understand the material.

My point is, you have plenty of time. And stressing really doesn’t do anyone much good. So instead of spiking your blood pressure up, just picture yourself with that much coveted A, and then study calmly.

Take a chill pill. If you don’t have a chill pill take a chill strip. Put it on your tongue…instant chill.

I hear these help:
[Amazon.com: Brain Pharma Co - Happy Pills, 60 tablets: Health & Personal Care](http://www.amazon.com/Brain-Pharma-Co-Happy-tablets/dp/B001F885D0)

But seriously, just relax and stop worrying. A B+ is fine for now, since you have 45 days left. Anything can happen in 45 days because grades fluctuate like crazy. Ask anyone and they will tell you that stress is a formula for disaster.

Breathe…Calm…Sleep

(Those happy pills were a joke)

TheSpasticTroll speaks pure wisdom. Listen to his wise words! Or her. I’m assuming he 'cuz most girls don’t like being trolls… but I could be wrong.

Dude, if you just try a little harder you can get the B+ up to an A. Stressing out so much will only make it worse.

I wish it was as EASY as it soooounds!

It is. Trust me. Just quit stressing and start working!

Sorry for not responding as quickly as you may have wanted me to.
Smarty, they will help you to get the best grasp possible on the whole subject and details without spending extravagant amounts of money.
Remember this, your teacher most likely gets the questions for the test from the textbook because that’s where she teaches you from, so textbook is #1 for getting a 100.
But, the review books will, definitely, assist you greatly in becoming more comfortable with the topics you are on.

Unlike textbooks, review books tend to leave out many unnecessary information that makes a textbook as big as it is.

Good luck. - I will try my best to respond within a day of your response -

Why are people thinking 87.8 = C? If you were seriously struggling I would support moving down. But you’re close to an A-, so you’re not seriously struggling; this is just your first experience with something being less than a piece of cake for you, so just use this as a lesson in how to start working hard.

^^^ the POINT is I studied and WORKED my butt off!!! Waahhhhh

Have you spent time talking to the teacher and getting some extra help and insight into what they think is important? Students way too often do not avail themselves of seeing the teacher. Same is true in college, take advantage of office hours. Profs/teachers will often give you clues as to where to focus.
