Help me make a list of colleges?

Hi guys, I thought I might ask for the input of other on some opinions about a possible future college. (I am currently a junior if it matters)

My major will be computer science and I am looking for a college in the US in the Midwest or Mid-Atlantic. I'm also looking for a school that does particularly well in computer science. Furthermore it would be important to know that OOS costs are doable for my family, but being that it would cost much more, it would have to be a top university because OOS costs are nevertheless a heavy burden. Here are some stats about me:

ACT: 32 (hopefully 33 next time I take it?)
SAT: nope, most midwesterners don't take it
GPA: 3.78 (3.9 if you take out freshman year)
Rank: Top 5%
EC's: Involved in a lot of stuff, but it doesn't mean much. Though what is good is that I do a lot of programming on my own. Though I don't carry many accomplishments with it. I have a part-time job too.
State: Illinois (yes, no worries, I have looked into UIUC, I just need other universities to consider in case I don't get into the engineering department)

Alright, well that should be it. Thanks!

Urbana Champaign is one of the best for computer science and engineering. So, if you get accepted there, DO NOT look anywhere else. Just in-case you don’t get in,

Iowa State University
University of Wisconsin-Madison
University of Minnesota-Twin Cities

Case Western
Ohio State (you qualify for the National Buckey Scholarship, which is $12,000 a year)

^ The Ohio State scholarship definitely caught my attention as it would make tuition a very affordable 13K per year.

Like you said XtremePower, getting into UIUC would make my decision very easy, however, I feel that I’ll make it only into the alternative option of computer science and math in the LAS department (I’ve seen past decisions).

NCSU, Virginia Tech, Minnesota, Stony Brook, Iowa State

UIUC’s Math and Computer Science major looks like it has substantial computer science course content:
[Course Information Suite, Course Catalog, Class Schedule, Programs of Study, General Education Requirements, GenEd](http://provost.illinois.edu/ProgramsOfStudy/2011/fall/programs/undergrad/las/math_computer_sci.html)
With about 70 credits of major requirements and about 30 credits of general education requirements, you would still have room for 20 credits of additional computer science courses if you want.
