Hey guys so im currently in at FJC and i will have to start filling out appplications this fall for Fall 2017. My Major is Econ and my two top choice schools are UCSB and SDSU, i currently have a 3.75 GPA. My main concern is that i have not took any pre major courses yet but i will begin to take them this Fall 2016 but im just worried that it would be too late , i know i will finish all of them before i actually transfer in Fall 2017 though,but will the schools look at this in a bad way since i dont have any grades for my Major classes yet,or do they just care that i finish them before transfering?Besides that i have most of my IGETC done just need a couple more i also have some EC’s and will transfer with 2 ADT’s for SDSU and will TAG UCSB. What do you guys think about my pre major class situation though? Please Help im stressing 
Well, if you can manage to apply for and complete a TAG agreement then by definition you should be good to be accepted. Also as a transfer applicant the UCs won’t even look at your application most likeley until you update it in January with your final Fall grades so they’ll see those. It shouldn’t affect you at all as long as you actually finish them by the time of transfer.
