Help Me Out And Give Me Some Advice

Alright, I am a male who lives in Southern California. I moved from Kosova (a small country in the Balkans) after war broke out. I speak English (obviously), Albanian, Spanish (at an AP level), and am learning Arabic (I started to do so in 8th grade, stopped, and have taken it up again this summer). I have an eye condition know as nystagmus which makes reading of any kind a challenge, especially after a few hours. It also makes tennis very difficult and explains why I remained on JV tennis for three years, making Varsity next year. My parents make less than $22,000 if that means anything. I am going to be a first generation college student.

Already started to self study for AP Physics C: Elctricity and Magnatism (not offered)
Going to be sort of part of the AP Human Geography class because my old teacher is going to be teaching it and I had a chat with him and he told me that he would give me the material and tests to study

SAT I: 1900 (I hope everything else will compensate and will not have my dreams crushed because of one exam. To be honest, I did not know about the SATs until I found this sight two months into my Junior year. I did manage to stumble across AP and fought to take AP Biology as a freshaan with my counselor. It is kind of ironic how I found AP and not the SAT, probably because I did not go onto their online website. I am studying to take it again in the fall as well as take the ACT.)

I've basically tried to do everything. I am at the top of my class and am really motivated. I need some help though. I've always planned to go into medicine but now I really want to be an investment banker. Could I somehow major somehow in finance and medicine? If so, where? Also, can someone explain to me how these majors work. I need sme clarification. Do i apply for a school with an intended major on mu application? I've been looking at Stanford and UC Berkeley mainly. I was specifically thinking of applying to the Questbridge National Match program and hopefully applying to Stanford through that program. Any help is appreciated because I can't really get help from my parents or siblings and I do not know of any person in my neighborhood who has gone to college. Thanks.

Stanford: Reach (aim for 32+/2150+ regardless)
Berkeley: Aim for 32+/2150+(FA sucks)

You can major in finance and minor in biology or chemistry if you want to do both pre-med and I-banking…

I am studying to take the ACT, but there is a problem with the SATs. I want to apply to Stanford and other schools through Questbridge in the summer and early fall. However, some of these schools require SAT IIs if I am matched with them through the Questnnridge program. So, I would like to take the subject tests for Biology, History, and Math II. I know Stanford does not requires subject tests so I could retake the SAT I and hopefully do well on it since I have a whole summer to practice. But, I want to have the chance of being accepted into other schools. Now that is the source of my anxiety. Someone please help me sort this out!

Bump bump bump

Anyone know anything about the Questbridge National Match Program that can help me out with mi dilemma?
