Help me out with a HUGE dilemma

As an introduction I am a half-hooked applicant with mediocre SAT scores.
SAT Reasoning: 2160 (700 CR, 710 Math, 750 Writing)
SAT Subjects: 750 Math II, 690 Physics
I am applying to Columbia SEAS ED, chance thread here if you want to see it: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1015336-chance-me-columbia-ed-please.html

Now I know SAT reasoning is worth more than the subjects. However, I am signed up for Math II, Physics and Chem subjects next Saturday. My questions are:

Should I attempt to go to my test center early next Saturday and attempt to change my subjects to the reasoning, (which will only work if they have extras)?

How likely is it that the test center will have extras and should i risk not studying for my subjects?

Will a 2250-2350 superscored SAT and a 750 Math II & 690 Physics be better than a 2160 SAT with 800s on Math II, Physics & Chem?

Thanks in advance!

bump. anyone? should I change Columbia to UPenn or something?
