Hey I was wondering if my credentials are good enough for South Carolina Columbia and possibly a scholarship. I am out of state (NC) and really could use in-state tuition. Also am I safe for East Carolina?

GPA: 3.65/4.21
SAT: 1330/1890
Potentially 2 AP courses
Played football for 2 years and potentially lacrosse all 4 years
Member of a couple clubs
Decent amount of volunteer work
Completed a student internship
Work as a cook at a pizza place

@RDBartone - I would think you are good at both schools as far as admission goes. Not sure about scholarships at USC-Columbia

I think you’re a match for both. But according to the website, merit-based scholarships are questionable due to your SATs. Do you plan on taking them again?

@alwayssona I do not plan on taking them again, but looking on their website, I’m just below average for there highest non honor college scholarship (McKissick), and it looks like they added another one that I’m assuming is easier to get (Flinn)
