Boston U, Boston Coll, Gettysburg Coll, Wake Forest, Ithaca Coll, Northeastern, Lehigh, Penn State, WPI, Purdue, Syracuse (new building), U Maryland CP, U Illinois UC, Pitt, Virginia Tech, Washington and Lee, SUNY Albany, SUNY Buffalo, SUNY Stony Brook, SUNY Geneseo

UVA is a big reach if you're out of state, even ED. NYU is more of a reach than a match as well. And, I'd put GWU in the match category, not the safe bet category.

That said, assuming you are only interested in the mid-atlantic/northeast area, I'd check out a few of these schools as potential safe bets: American, Syracuse, Fordham, UConn, Marist, Quinnipiac, U of Delaware, James Madison, Towson State, Fairfield, Ithaca. I'm sure others will have some additional suggestions for possible safeties as well.

wow i CANNOT believe i am ACTUALLY seeing christopher newport university suggested on this site. I know the school has come pretty far but this is a first! all i can say is wow! lol

NYU is a reach, but I have seen kids with lower stats get in, so you don't know. I know their business school is more competitive, but go for it.

From what I understand, Michigan should be the first app out for best chance.

Might look at U of Miami, Penn State, in addition to some of the other schools suggested. Oh, and if you want Penn State your best chance is w an early app so get that out second. Fordham is an excellent choice if you want NY and do not get into NYU. I think Fordham is a match, but NYU is a reach.

And, if you're sure you want business, check out the "3 B's": Babson, Bentley and Bryant. They have excellent business programs, especially Babson and Bentley. In fact, business is their entire focus. I'd say you'd have decent shots at all 3.
