Help me pick where to go?!

I have been accepted to

Knox College ($14,000 scholarship)
U Mass Amherst. ($3,500 scholarship)
Emerson College
Clark U
Boston U
Norhteastern U

I am an international student interested in psychology, but planning to take undeclared major for now. Thanks a lot!

How important is the difference in cost for you? Here is a calculator that can help you figure out what the scholarships you have been offered mean to you.
Knox is in a small city in the Midwest. All of the others are in or near Boston. Be sure to take into account the difference in transportation costs.

Umass is the best school but how much would each cost?

Thank you so much for replying!
about the cost:

Knox
Tuition and fees: $33,024
Room and board: $7341

UMASS AMHERST
Tuition and fees: $20,307
Room and board: $8,814

EMERSON
Tuition and fees: $31,272
Room and board: $12,881

CLARK
Tuition and fees: $36,420
Room and board: $6,950

BU
Tuition and fees: $39,864
Room and board: $12,260

NORTHEASTERN
Tuition and fees: $ 36,792
Room and board: $12,760

UMass if money is at all an issue or unless you have to be in or near a city.

Knox:
33024 + 7341 = 40365
40365 - 14000 = 26365

UM-A:
20307 + 8814 = 29121
29121 - 3500 = 25621

I find a $744 difference between the fixed costs of Knox and UM-A. If your transportation expenses are not very different, and you would like a smaller school, Knox may be workable for you. If not, it looks like UM-Amherst is the winner.

Good luck!

UMASS all the way.

Thank you everyone
now its UMASS AMHERST VS BOSTON U!

IMO BU is not worth almost twice the price of UMass Amherst. And I say that as a BU (law) grad whose son is going to UMass.

UMass still personally with the five colleges factor (taking classes at AMHERST for example) I think its stronger academically and cheaper.
