Help Me Plan My Future

I have already posted this once, but i now have my SAT II scores and my final grades for junior year.

GPA: Freshman Year: 3.0 (UW)
Sophmore Year: 3.7 (UW)
Junior Year: 3.9 (UW)
My cali GPA is a 4.2

I will graduate with 7 AP classes.

SAT: Verbal 710 Math 800 Writing 700 for a total of 2210

SAT II: I did horribly on these. I got a 700 on Lit, IIC, and USH. I think will retake thse in Nov though.

EC: I have over 200 hours of community service at a local hospital and am a member of a couple of clubs. I am also fairly active in my church, play golf, and the piano. None of my EC activities really stand out. I also read a lot of classic books though. My summer activity will probably consist of reading Proust's A Remembrance of Things Past.

What are my chances at UVA, GW, William and Mary, USC, and UofC?
Does my lackluster freshmen year really hurt my chances at a good school?

Could you guys also list a couple of schools that match my academic record? I am interested in History, Philosophy, Literature, and Economics. I pretty much enjoy everything and enjoy learning.
