hi everyone, i have a MAJOR dilemna. i was too stupid not to take my school's tech requirement and i'm currently planning next years courses (i'm going to be a senior). i was thinking about doing the tech credit for summer school this year but it takes up the ENTIRE month of july and i wanted to do other things.

i also do defenitly not want to take the stupid class during the year since it messes up my entire wanted schedule and it really sucks.

sooo...my question: are there any online courses that i could do to fulfill my school's tech credit?

thanks a lot!! i really need an answer!

try here and see if there's anything that would work (not sure what sort of subject would be worth "tech credit")

also try asking on the homeschool forum

Well some schools grant credit for online courses, some don't...and since we don't know what exactly your school wants, it's hard to know if a certain online course would meet their criteria.

The best thing is to talk with your counselor about it.

check this out -- the classes are relatively easy, you can sign in (click on the log in button and them click the guest button, then check out the course) and see what the work would be. it is pretty inexpensive. you have to make sure your school would take the credit. they offer computer technology for 1 semester and it would cost $100 I think.
