Went through a couple of old posts for yours, to see if you are looking east, west, north or south. In the Northeast I like some of your choices. You can try for Suny-Albany, Hartwick, Bryant, Adlephi. You may want to add Elizabethtown, Quinnipiac, Hofstra, Towson (reach with a 2.8), Marist, Susquehanna, U of Vermont, Le Moyne, Franklin Pierce, La Salle, Suny Buffalo (there are 2 Buffalos, so make sure you apply to the one good for business), Ithaca. Just make sure that you have some safety schools. Your gc should help you with that. Off hand, I think that Adelphi, Le Moyne, Franklin Pierce, Susquehanna are Match/Safeties, and not sure about the others. Some schools will want your senior grades before deciding, so do well.

I definitely agree with Northeastmom....apply to Hartwick. Your gpa is a bit low, but your SATs seem ok and if you have solid ECs and sports, you'll be in good shape.

Where do you live? In state you could get into Virginia Tech and their Pamplin College of Business there is top notch. If you like them enough-try out of state, you probably still have a chance.

i live in connecticut

could i get into merrimack or east carolina U?

dont really know those schools...but maybe bryant, radford, or endicott...i just know people going there for business...but apparenty endicotts food sucks...so i dont know. sry im bad at this

Apply to UConn ED

uconn would be a big reach even with a 3.0.
what are you interested in studying? preference for size/location?

I think if he applied ED he has a good shot.
