I’m so hurt! I just found out how hard it is to get into Temple University, though I’m trying to go to TUJ. I’m almost done with the application process. I only attended 2 semester of highschool due to my foster parents not letting me go to school and moving all over the state. But those 2 semesters of school were horrible, I did really bad like my grades are horrible. I eventually received my GED it wasn’t super great either but it was slightly above average. Then I went and attended community college where I received 6 credits and made the Deans list, but that was only due to me withdrawing classes. I only went for two semesters. I switched my major once and also got sick with a dairy allergy which forced me to withdraw from my second semester of school. I’ve been studying Japanese heavily believing I was definitely going to TUJ. But I just had a realization about TUJs requirements. As I type this I’m laughing and crying lol… I’m 23 by the way and my expectation was to attend in the fall semester and take accelerated program and finish in 3 years. I already started the application process and only have 2 steps left. Which are: Submit High School Transcripts,(Already submitted GED transcripts), and pay the application fee. Somebody help and save me please! Please give me some advice! Anything will do, any suggestions will come in handy.
