Help me rank these books!

<p>From your experience--whether it be from using them yourself, hearing about them at school, etc.--can you rank these SAT study books from 1-5 (1 being the best and 5 being the worst): </p>

<p>-The Official SAT Study Guide: For the New SAT (by. College Board)
-11 Practice Tests for the New SAT and PSAT (by. Princeton Review)
-How to Prepare for the New SAT (by. Barron)
-Kaplan New SAT 2005 (by. Kaplan)
-Gruber's Complete Preparation for the New SAT, 10th Edition (by. Gary Gruber)</p>

<p>Are there any other books out there at you would reccomend? I'm not taking the test next month, btw. What do you think of the separate subject study books, like Kaplan's Math Workbook or something? I'll give out free gmail invites if you reply!!</p>

<p>My S bought only one book...SAT's for Dummies. After scoring 1420 two time, last year, on this third sitting on the SAT's, he scored a perfect 1600!</p>

<li><p>For mediocre students who want to learn technics and tricks of the tests and to know the pattern of test questions:</p></li>

<li><p>I want to recommend the SAT prep book of McGwaw Hill. It is similar to Gruber's, and the author is so enthusiastic to teach you stuff, not just the tricks. Also, Barron's math workbook, and Kaplan's writing work book are good.
