I'm an international applicant from Tbilisi, Georgia.
My stats are -
SAT - 1930 (590 CR, 650 M, 690 W)
SAT Subjects - 660 Biology M, 670 World History
TOEFL - 108 (24 R, 27 L, 27 S, 30 W)
GPA - 9.34/10 (would be 3.7 from a 4.0 scale)
My school doesn't offer AP or Honors or IB; they don't weight the GPA.

I want to major in Neuroscience and minor in Writing.

This year I applied to -
Colby, Grinnell, Smith (ED II) REJECTED
Bryn Mawr, Mount Holyoke, Franklin & Marshall WAIT LISTED => REJECTED
Drew, Westmont, University of Iowa, Agnes Scott, Transylvania, Manhattanville, Loyola Chicago ACCEPTED (won't attend due financial reasons)

I need almost full financial aid. I could contribute around $6,500.

I have really great recommendations as I'm one of the best students at my school. Also amazing essays. Pretty decent ECs (Debate's Club member, winner of European Games by EUMM, Psychology training course 120 hours, pass with distinction in several online coursera courses, FLEX semi finalist, Russian teacher at school etc.)

Georgian, English, Russian - Fluent
Spanish, Persian - Intermediate

I am thinking about enrolling at LCC International University in Klaipeda, Lithuania this Fall and then re applying as first year (if it's even possible) or transfer.
I need to know schools who offer almost full ride to INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER applicants.
I will probably apply to Smith, Mount Holyoke, Bates, Scripps...
I can't think of any other which offers financial aid and please help me.
I would appreciate it very much!

Thanks :)
