Help me to choose safety/match/reach schools plz.

<p>Hello.
Im senior attending international school in Asia country. (Im Asian).
Unfortunately, I havent decided which school I will apply for since I do not have great grades in SAT (1670), TOEFL(70), and GPA(3.4 and im having IB course).
I have talked to my counselor already but still I feel not satisfied with lists and it makes me stuffy and depressed.
Would you suggest for me which schools are safety /match/ reach? so that I can start to write essays and submit applications.
My major would be business but if selectivity is high then i will go undefined.</p>

<p>By the way these are the lists that I want to go and at least try.
- UIUC, Purdue, Syracuse, UCSD, UC-Berkley, Lehigh, Drexel, U Rochester, U Vermont, U Pittsburgh, Wake Forest, </p>

<ul>
<li>And I know there is 0% of possibility of these school but still want to try;; BC, NYU, George Washington, Emory, U Penn, </li>
</ul>

<p>I am planning to try at least 15 to 18 colleges. </p>

<p>My counselor told me that Umass-amherst, Pittsburgh, Drexel, Purdue, MSU are match for me and aside from them are all reach.(However, there were people who told me that even match schools there are not match for you, still reach).. oops what am I going to do? Isnt there any hope left for me??</p>

<p>But I would still want to know which schools are really really safety for me and match for me.</p>

<p>Pittsburg is a great school but im not sure about business. Have you also looked at BU, U Michigan, American, some liberal arts schools?</p>

<p>Oh, and I would like to know if Pittsburgh is okay for me to give it a shot?
Yes I have looked at BU, MSU. But not yet with American, and other liberal arts schools.( I will research for American.)
Will you suggest some other schools which right for me? Thank you for your reply.</p>

<p>Reach: George Washington, UC Irvine, UC Santa Cruz
Match: UC Riverside, UC Merced, Boston University, MSU
Anything above that is definitely a high reach, and anything below pretty much a safety. </p>

<p>You may also want to try Bentley University for business undergrad. Also, there are some good state schools you may want to look into.</p>

Is Bently universtiy famous as business in US? or how’s popularity? I’d like to know.
Then, would it be better start writing essays for Bentley and these match shcools you’ve mentioned? I really hope that I can get into one of colleges i apply.
I will keep searching for other school too. But it is really hard since there are so many schools out there .</p>
