Help me! UNC Econ VS Business major...

Hi, Im trying to apply to UNC as an international freshmen..
I just have few questions related to it.
First of all.. the major. Im considering between Econ and Business.
As of now I am more inclined toward the choice of business but
according to what I heard.. it is much easier to get in as a econ major.
Is there a chance for me to get into the Kenan Flagler during my junior year
even if I am a econ major?
and If I get into the school as a Business Adminstration major does that mean
I am already in the KF? Or do I have to apply for the BSBA again for my junior year?
Sorry for asking bunch of questions.. let me summarize it.

1)Is it really easier to get in as an econ major?
2)Can I still get in to the KF even if i am an econ major?
3)If I get into the shcool as a Business Admin, does that mean in in the KF?
Do I still have to apply for BSBA?

and just an extra question that popped up in my head... do you guys really think that it is worty to apply for the Business major? I dont know just want to hear your opinion..... Thanks! have a great day!

My understanding is that the major one declares has no bearing on admissions, i.e. it is not easier or harder to get in based on the declared major. Declaring a major on your application also does not play a role in whether one gets into KF. If you declare Business as your major and are admitted, that does not automatically mean you are in at KF; you still have to apply.

Freshman are all admitted into the College of Arts & Science (with a small few guaranteed admit. in BS) so it does not matter what major you put down you will not get into BS until your Junior year. They look at the student as a package for the university not by major.
