I think you’re leaving something out of this story. It sounds preposterous from your POV, but I’m very, very sure there’s another side to this story and it’s important for us to understand it to really get the situation. For example, can you think of any other possible reason why the teacher advisor would want a re-election, besides their inexplicable hatred for you/thinking you’re an unhelpful person? That seems a bit… far fetched. That everyone just inexplicably hates you for no real reason. I’m not accusing you of lying to us, though. I just think maybe you’re not trying to see the other side.

Anyway, I’d drop it. NHS doesn’t really matter. The potential gain does not justify the risk of alienating the administration and having that reflected in your recs somehow.

Yeah, Right now there is nothing on my record. Just bad rumors going around the faculty and staff about me. But the thing is, I am a really nice kid. Anyone who knows me would say so. But about the other POV, the advisor said that the club was not established becuase no one had paid dues money. But I told him that he did not even ask to collect it and also that what if they all just pay next time? He still said no. i am really mad about the part though when he did not tell me that there would be re-elections before the election. He says he did though.

SO BASICALLY my problem will be coming down to my word, against some teachers’ words. AND I know who the principal will trust. HIS STAFF.

My friends say I am right, but that this is an impossible battle to fight.

Do you think so?
