I have used the Rogerhub UC GPA calculator, and also tried to calculate my GPA by myself using the information on UC websites, but I get different numbers so can anyone help me calculate it?

My grades are on a scale of 1-7, based on IBDP criteria.
My grades dropped in 11th grade because I started taking IB… now my grades are showing an upward trend but I know UCs wont look at my 12th grade grades ;/

UC’s are familiar with IB scores, so you should not convert your scores into a 4.0 GPA scale.

Colleges that you apply to will be very familiar with the IB program and will have no problem interpreting your transcript or converting your IB grades into whatever scale they usually use to evaluate your application.
If you are asking for your own peace of mind, the rough scale goes something like this:
7 --> 4.5
6 --> 4
5 --> 3.5
4 --> 3
3 --> 2
2 --> 1
1 --> 0
I also attend a school that has the MYP and IB Curriculum.
In my school, a 7 is considered a 4.0 (out of 4.0), a 6 is considered a 3.5, a 5 is considered a 3.0, a 4 is considered a 2.5, so on and so forth (changes by 0.5)
