Rank: 2/80 (small charter school)
SAT: 1540 (M:780 and V:760)
Intended Major: Econ

GSA (co-founder, changed school policy)
Debate (president)
Work (12 hours a week)
Cross-country (4 years, team won state 4 x times)
Club soccer (very competitive league but had to quit for covid)
Service project (raised 2,000 dollars to buy calculators and teach a SAT seminar)

Regarding your current choices, you may be especially academically suited to NESCAC LACs Amherst, Colby and Bowdoin. Along these lines, consider adding Hamilton.
With respect to the notably long length of your list, I think you could comfortably remove some schools without compromising your options.
I agree with @merc81. It’s a list of wonderful schools. You have worked hard and only one is needed for you to be a success.
And here comes the “but”. It’s very too heavy and there are counterparts and similar schools to each of the schools on your list where you would be much more assured of being admitted. Remove a few that aren’t exact fits outside of name recognition and focus on the best fit for you. Apply to the similar but a bit less selective. As well. Also your state flagship honors program
