Help Me With My College List PLEASEEEEE!!!

Okay, i'll post my stats first and then schools i've already looked into:

AP Tests Taken:

Planning on taking the SAT in April, but on my PSAT i got like a 1700.

GT Engineering
GT International Relations

Junior Year:
AP US History
Hon Physics
AP English
GT Forensic Science
AP Psychology
AP Environment Science

GT Health Studies
right now averaging about a 3.7 unweighted

I'm already interested in schools like UVM, UNH, George Mason, James Madison, Syracuse, Penn State, Ithaca...
Not looking to go much further than like 600 miles. I don't mind the cold..looking for a major in Environmental Studies as well as Health studies.

EDIT: my bad. I didn’t see the 3.7 down there. That’s the strongest element of your resumé right now, of course. So if I put the 3.7 together with a comparatively low 1700 I think you did a good job choosing the schools. They are matches.

Why not choose a couple reaches and a couple safeties you can afford (perhaps a Maryland public school)?

Seems like the OP wants others to assume a continuation of the 3.7 GPA and that the PSAT score of 170 will predict an SAT score of 1700.

But it would help to know the cost constraints – i.e. how much will your parents contribute. You also need some basic financial information to put into net price calculators at college web sites.

@ucbalumnus & @ jkeil911 my SAT score will be wayyy above my PSAT. I’m going for about a 1850 or above. I have my SAT tutor as well as SAT prep courses so I’m hoping for substantially higher.
But in addition, I have really no cost restraint. I’m able to pay for out of state tuition with no problem. I’ll probably apply to like towson since its like 10 miles from me just for a safety as well as some other. but thanks for commenting!! :)
