Help me with my schedule =)

Okay, so I'm going to be a junior next year and after messing up with my past schedules (I got stuck in interior design class ***) I want to pick the best possible classes for next year.

Here's what I've already decided on:

AP English III
AP US History
PreAP Physics
PreAP Precal
PreAp Spanish III
Aerobics (but they'll probably cancel this class because of not enough people signing up, in which case I'll be on the tennis team instead.)

Now for my seventh class I was going to take AP Stats. This would give me an extra AP and would boost my GPA enough to make me valedictorian.

However, since I want to study business in college, I was also considering taking Accounting I for my seventh class, and taking Accounting II senior year. How would a school view it compared to AP Stats?

Other questions:

I took Theater I in sophomore year but I'm not planning to take Theater II because the class isn't very good. Will universities care about my not continuing the class as long as I continue to participate in productions?

Is it possible that having taken Interior Design in sophomore year will hurt my chances? (I had signed up for Psychology but it was full so I got stuck in ID.) Brown is my number one school right now.

I’m basically in the same situation.
I was gonna keep on taking Business classes, until I realized how many people were taking all these AP classes. And since I’m positive that I can handle it, I went ahead and replaced my “would’ve been” Business class with AP Statistics for next yearr.
I hear a lot of people saying that you need a schedule that pursues your career interests, but I honestly think it’d just be better to take another AP.

Take AP Stats. Business classes in high school are usually jokes (your school may be different, idk).
