Hi guys I'm new to the site and just looking for some opinions on where to apply.
I plan on majoring in Political Science.

My weighted GPA is a 4.16 and I haven't received an unweighted yet.
I have taken 3 APs my freshman-junior years and currently am in 4 this year, the rest are all honors.
Class rank: 20/255 (competitive public school)
SAT: 1980 (plan on just subject testing in the fall)
4 years of football. (possibly conference all star senior year)
2 years of math team.
National Honor Society.
Volunteer work at my church.
Worked as a civil service exam monitor.

Do you think I have a chance at schools like Boston College and Tufts? I am a Mass. resident. Also any other colleges I should apply to?

Besides D.C. area colleges, maybe Ohio State? It has a highly respected Political Science program (ranked ahead of Northwestern and Cornell) located in the Capital City of Columbus. Above all, as a great safety school for top students, tOSU offers generous $48,000 scholarships to those who are eligible (ACT>28, SAT>1260, Top 40%) from OOS.

Dickinson is strong in Political Science. My D1 graduated from there last spring, and has a job. She got some great internships, too (State Dept, senator, Army War College).
