Just a bit more info, my prospective major is statistics and I will be adding 1 or 2 more safeties. That being said, here are my numbers and info:
GPA: 3.5 UW and 4.2 W - I had a really bad 2nd semester sophomore year due to personal issues(2.85 UW this sem) - Strong upward trend since then

SAT II: Math Lvl 2: 800 Biology E: 800 Physics: 790
AP: Calc BC(5), Psychology(4), Physics 1(5), Physics C: Mechanics(5), Physics C Electricity(5), Lang(4), Gov(5)

Table Tennis Team: Varsity(all 4 years), State Champion x2,
DECA: Regional champion, State champion
Poetry: Published 3 times - Won a major contest which is well-renowned
