How do your stats compare to the College of Liberal Arts averages? SLO Projections for 2018-2019 shows 30 spots for 547 applicants. Assuming a 33% yield, then the possible acceptance rate is around 17%. Your MCA looks low for SLO but since SLO does not list MCA scores or stats by major, it is difficult to determine. I think SLO will be a tough admit.
