Help me

hey I don't know what to say here but my friend told me to come on here and post what are my chances.

I live in nyc in the bronx and i want to go to Fordham maybe if i can make it. My others are Bronx Comunity College, CUNY Queens College,CUNY York College,CUNY Medger Evers, CUNY New York City College Of technology

My school has almost 1000 of us in my year, I don't know where I am in compare.

My grades are in 60s, 70s, few in 80s. I failed a class last year but I don't think anyone passed.

i took the sat in may i got a 480 reading 510 math 590 writing

my mom lived in puerto rico and i went there twice and i teach my cousins english.

im in the puerto rican group at school and we do community service and otehr things but theres not many after school activity because teachers think no one would come

i sing in church choir and help teach kids at church
i also go to ethnic dance society classes on saturday
i won 2 dance contests in my community center

work at my dad's store after school near every day

you have a chance! you do good things outside of school and that might make up for your grades.

will i get money help from the colleges. if i get fordham i cant go, it costs a lot.

Sorry to say so, but your chances are not too good based upon the test scores.

The Bronx Community College is a good choice for you. It is cheap, and if you do well there your first two years, then Fordham will accept you as a transfer. Hopefully, in the next two years your English grammar (and therefore your grades) will continue to improve and Fordham will then be a good fit for you.

Best of success to you.
