<p>After you have read the website, you should make an appointment with the counselors at the EducationUSA office that is most convenient to you. Some of these offices can communicate with you by email or by telephone if it is too difficult to visit.</p>

<p>You also need to talk with your professors at your university. Where did they earn their Ph.D.s? Are their old advisors still taking new students? Where are their friends from graduate school teaching now? All of these people will have ideas that may be useful for you.</p>
