help me!!

I've been stressing way too much about college and i just need some reassurance or constructive criticism on what to improve. im a rising senior, so i dont have much time left.

GPA: 3.75 uw, 4.35 w

SAT1: 2400
SAT2: math2c: 800, bio: 760, chem: 710 (my moms making me retake bio and chem in oct)

I took 4 APs during junior year (one independently studied), and got 5s on all of them. I should get the AP Scholar with Honors award in the fall.

ECs:
-piano for 11 years, honors recitals, won awards etc.
-soccer, played for city team
-volunteering at church
-member of LEO club (community service)

I have also held 4 jobs through high school and the money I earned will go towards paying for college.

I know my ECs are really weak, and these are what I want to improve on the most. Anyone have an idea what I could do between now and November?

If i apply ED for biomedical engineering at Johns Hopkins, what do you think my chances are? i know my GPA is either avg. or below-avg. for BME applicants, but my SAT1 stands out. if i got 780-800s on bio and chem, do you think i have a decent shot at BME?

im also considering UC-Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, and Duke. Should i apply ED at jhu to boost my chances, or just apply RD so i can still consider other colleges?

thanks for any help!
