I am considering many schools for my college process, but I have no idea where to apply!
ED is a huge issue for me because I know it will help my chances of getting into a lot of the selective schools I am looking at (with my fairly low looking GPA). I go to a private, competitive school so my grades are a bit inflated, but it still seems low for most of my favorite schools.

GPA- 3.3 (most of my bad grades are from freshman year- all A and B junior and (probably) senior)
Took all honors classes offered at my school (2 english, 2 history, 1 science, 1 language, 1 math)
SAT: 2040

Awesome teacher recs (I hope so at least!)

Lots of EC:
4 years varsity soccer
4 years tennis
1 year basketball
Youth group president
International Youth group chair
President of local community service group- raised over 1600 dollars for charity
coordinated a Jewish leadership convention with 200 kids

Community services
Tons of hours (not sure how many)
I also spent my summer doing advocacy work in Israel on an International Leadership Seminar

I am hoping my unique EC and leadership, as well as my global community service work helps with my low gpa- which is why I am asking about these reach schools.

Colleges:
Stanford: I am a legacy. I know I will probably not get in. Would I have a shot ED?
Duke: I LOVE IT! It has a 40 percent acceptance rate of ED. Is that a possibility for me at all?
Vanderbilt: I LOVE IT! I know it has around a 30 percent ed acceptance rate. Is that a possibility?
Davidson: I really like this school! Is it a possibility ED or RD?
Colgate: Has a 50 percent acceptance rate ED. My college adviser strongly recommended I apply ED here. Is that a good choice?
Wake Forest: Any shot? (either ED or RD)
UNC Chapel Hill: Do you know how my grades compare to the other out of state applicants?
Elon: My adviser said to consider applying ED for this school. Is it that tough to get into?

You have a great resume - I’ll only speak about the schools I know.

Elon - is somewhat “tough” to get into and your GPA won’t help — Except they love smart kids who are deeply involved in their communities - Strongly think you will be accepted.

Duke, Davidson, UNC Chapel Hill, - no chance

Wake Forest - Not likely

Sorry if you wanted other news on your choices but Elon is likely the best fit for your interests anyhow…

One more thing - Almost no one gets accepted to Elon unless they have taken the time to get to know what is different about Elon and what the school expects of students. Read a little and if your really interested contact the school, attend a local event and preferably visit the school. Elon is one of those schools that truly expressing interest makes a big difference. They know they have a lot to offer and don’t want to be anyones “safety school”… Every year you’ll hear kids (some with near perfect GPA/SAT’s) who are rejected or waitlisted by Elon, and it’s almost always because they haven’t communicated clearly why they want to attend, and why Elon would be a good “fit”.

Stanford: High Reach (Not sure how much legacy will help Sorry : /)
Duke: High Reach
Vanderbilt ED: Reach
Colgate: Reach
Wake Forest: Reach
UNC Chapel Hill: High Reach

In my honest opinion, going purely by acceptance ratings is a terrible way to assess your chances simply because applicants come from tremendously diverse backgrounds.

Although you have very strong and solid ECs, your SAT score and GPA will certainly be a disadvantage when applying to the schools you have listed. On the bright side, you have stated that the bad grades are mostly from your freshmen year, and if you show a positive trend, this will certainly help. If you write a strong essay and retake the SAT to get above a 2200, I would say you have maybe a 25% chance at at least one of the schools on your list.
