What about Salve Regina in Newport…small size…nice small town.

If your daughter is currently healthy and this is her last surgury I would suggest looking at The University of Scranton. My friends son attends and it seems like a wonderful small school although their are some hills, but everything is very close together and does not require alot of walking. The Jesuit schools are amazingly warm and nurturing without holding the kids hand. Best of wishes to you and may your daughter have a easy recovery. I also thought I would mention that she should somehow work this into her essay. That would explain why she is weak in G.P.A and ECs. Blessings to her.

I get the Boston connection…
Stonehill is a nice school. Has she looked at Merrimack or Emmanuel? Gordon, Simmons or Suffolk?

There are alot of nice schools in NE PA as well - Scranton is one - as is Kings, DeSales, Lycoming.

I spent some time in Long Island NY and I hired students from Adelphi and Hofstra Univ. Both seem to have good business programs especially for a 3.3, more individual attention. The area has lots of medical and hospital facilities if she needs follow up work. And its just a train ride to downtown.
I had some of the best acupuncture treatments at the school of oriental medicine !
