Help mistake in commonapp after submition

after i sent out my application, i realised that i wrote "self-taught piano in grade 10, began taking lessons in grade 11, passed piano grade 6 exam in grade 12", when in reality, i self taught piano in grade 9 and took lessons in grade 10. i dont wanna sound like im lying so what do i do?!! this is all due to my unfamiliarity with the american system, i didnt mean it i swear.

It does not matter at all. You have nothing to worry about.

Forget it. This truly isn’t important enough to warrant sending in a correction - which you could do if it was something significant.

Every year, thousands of applications arrive with typos, spelling errors, dates mixed up - assuming it wasn’t intentional and doesn’t misrepresent what you’ve accomplished, you’re fine.

First of all, you’re a great guy for feeling guilty after a small mistake. I don’t think it’s going to effect your application at all, though (like Pancaked said).
