<p>The access code that I got with my original data-verification sheet is not working on the website...I did, however, fax in a small change (e-mail address) to Duke...do you think I need a new access code (THAT I NEVER RECIEVED!!)</p>

<p>i dont think you would need a new code, but just try it again to make sure it's not working. You might have capslock on or something like that. It could be case-sensitive. Unfortunately though, if it doesn't work, they can send you a new letter with your code and password, but you'll have to wait for it to come by snail mail.</p>
