Help My Arm!

So today, I was working out for tennis. My coach told me to do "military pushups" as in do a push and clap in mid air and continue so forth. On the fourteenth on, I felt my right arm kind of contracting a bit where I could have sworn a ligament like moved. Then after seeing this, I felt this rush of coolness throughout the elbow. Now it is two hour since I came home, yet my arm is starting to hurt a little bit when I do a practice swing. It is not excruciating pain, yet it bring a small noticeable pain for about a tenth of a second. Should I be worried? Is this the first signs of tennis elbow?
OR did the push ups i do damage my elbow. Sorry I am paranoid right now.

I'll bet you that your elbow, after going through intensive training, must be recovering. Wait about a week and if it still hurts, go to a doctor. I doubt it is tennis elbow.

tennis elbow is never immediate. usually it's because of bad form (i had REALLY bad form on my serve so i had it for a few months). give it time, ask your coach too, he probably knows something about it.
