Help ! My counsellor made a huge mistake

My counsellor didn’t upload the documents in order. She uploaded school report and submitted it then uploaded the final report and submitted it and though that she could submit the letter of recommendation afterwards as they were not ready. But now it says that " You have submitted the final report and can’t submit any more documents " … Please help me out what do I do now ? I’ve contacted CA, they said that they can’t do anything.

I’m afraid that colleges will mark my application incomplete, please suggest something :frowning:

Your counselor will pick up the telephone and clear things up. Nothing for you to do besides follow up.

The recommendation can be mailed if she can’t get the electronic submission to work.

Can she email it ? Because I don’t think my counsellor will take the pain of mailing to each university given that I come from a small Indian city.
